International Shipping
Currently EcoArtisticProducts does not accept international (non-U.S.) orders online in our website's shopping cart.
International orders should be submitted via the International Form below (the best and easiest way to to place international orders), or by fax or telephone.
Please note the following:
1. This includes orders that have a billing address outside the USA, even though they are shipped within the USA. An additional charge of 1.5% will be charged to your total order to cover international credit card processing fees. For credit card payment, in our discretion, we may request additional information as well as a photocopy of your credit card and personal ID submitted by fax. We do not ship international orders if the shipping address is different from your credit card billing address (have your bank add your shipping address).
2. Orders are shipped via Postal Service, UPS or Fedex. We will contact you by phone or email with the order total and shipping charges. At that time, if you wish to process the order, we will need your credit card number. You can also email us for any further questions at info@ecoartisticproducts.com
3. Import Duties & Taxes. Eco Artistic Products will cover all duties and import taxes for US customers. For all other international orders (except US), we suggest you contact your local customs bureau and courier services to further inquire about any possible duties and import taxes you may incur. All applicable customs duties and taxes are responsibility of the customer. |
