Wholesale Low Minimum Order
The wholesale minimum is only $100.00 (which is a $200 retail order). Less than minimum will not be accepted and you will be notified at checkout. You may place your order online, via e-mail, phone or fax. A valid Resale Certificate or Fed. Tax ID is required.

Our Products
The nature of these beautiful products does not allow us to have a large inventory on hand. All depends on the availability of our hardwoods and what can be created out of their natural shape. Many of them are handmade to order.

Payment MethodsVisa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Money Order or Checks are also accepted. Please allow 7 days for checks to clear before merchandise can be shipped.
Net 30 days terms are available after your 2nd order and are subject to credit approval. Need 3 current trade references, one bank reference and minimum one -year business credit history to qualify for credit application. 18% (or $20.00 minimum) finance charge will apply to past due accounts. No additional orders will be released for shipment until all has been paid in full, included finance charges.
Credit Card FraudEco Artistic Products participates vigorously in merchant organizations that are united in their effort to reduce credit card fraud and protect internet consumers; we utilize several systems available to us to ensure that credit card transactions are legitimate. Eco Artistic Products reserves the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
Product Availability and Shipping ProcessBusy seasons: please place your order in advance so that we can ensure timely delivery.
Please note: The nature of these beautiful products does not allow us to have a
large inventory on hand; many of them are handmade to order. All depends on the availability of our
hardwoods.They are sent from overseas in bulk shipments; upon arrival we then distribute them. We strive to all we can to make the waiting period as short as possible.
Approximate Shipping schedule: Most items are delivered in 20 - 30 business days or less (smaller items in 5-10 business days). No acknowledgment will be sent unless requested.
Jewelry Collection, Belts, Hair Accessories, Rosaries: 15 business days
Walking Sticks, Cutting Boards & Platters: 15 to 30 business days.
Wood Bowls Gallery: all depending on the availability of wood & drying
period: 20 to 30 business days.
For larger orders , we require an initial 50% deposit and charge you the rest upon shipping. You will be contacted and informed of the expected shipping time frame for your order. We will contact our clients via email to send them pictures of our current inventory for them to choose. Each piece is so unique: different from the next one in shape, color and wood type. Once we know our clients' tastes, we try to produce as much as possible similar types of bowls, and then usually ship directly, unless otherwise directed.
Shipping address: We cannot ship to any PO Box or AFO/FPO addresses. Please use extra care in entering the “ship to” address before submitting any order and include Business name, Apartment or Suite numbers for businesses addresses delivery. EcoArtisticProducts highly recommends ensuring that you have someone to receive and sign for the package. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure receipt. Thank you.
Refused, rerouted or wrong shipping address: Sorry, but refused or returned shipments will be charged a 15% restocking charge.
Damage ProcedureOnce a shipment has left our warehouse and delivered to our carrier, we are not liable for damage or loss of merchandise. All goods shipped via our commercial carriers are insured. Please make all claims for damage or loss should be
immediately made to the courier. EcoArtisticProducts will not accept any freight claims 5 days after receipt of merchandise. We recommend you follow these procedures: do not alter the carton or the damaged goods until the inspection by the appropriate agency has been made. Please call the carrier to start a claim, keep all of the packaging materials and boxes “factory fresh”. Alert us that you have a claim at: info@ecoartisticproducts.com. Once the carrier has approved and advised us of the damage claim, we will credit your account or replace the damaged goods. Thank you.
ShippingEcoArtisticProducts.com offers flat rate shipping rates (including insurance) to the Continental USA.
Items which are considered extra delicate or bulkier might incur additional shipping charges; customers will be advised for their approval.

$1000 or more 10% of total purchase order Returns: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 15 % restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from receiving your order. Please note that packages that have exceeded the thirty days period will be refused.
CancellationsWholesale order cancellation must be made within the same day of ordering. All cancellations received later will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order. Refused orders will affect 15% cancellation. Custom order cannot be canceled.

Handcrafted productsAll measurements listed are approximates. Every item we offer is an original creation and there are no two identical pieces. Slight variations (shape, color or texture) or minor imperfections in design should be expected for all handcrafted products.
