It is definitely an art to create such decorative platters and boards with simple tools, passed on from generations, as our artists hand carved meticulously different shapes of small and large hardwoods, mixing woods, stains and grains, forming such drastic color contrasts.
The final sanding goes through different steps until it arrives at its final destination as simple centerpieces or on top of furniture.
